WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

KIWI ELECTRONICS LLP grants the buyer of the product a warranty for a period of 12 to 24 months depending on the products. The warranty period is specified in the description of products at www.kiwiel.com, and also on the package of the product.

Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

KIWI ELECTRONICS LLP may repair or replace the products under warranty.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. In the case of a buyer who is not a consumer, the warranty period begins upon the transfer of the risks associated with the purchased product to the buyer

The warranty becomes invalid in the event of any interference with the seals, unprofessional disassembly, repair or alteration by unauthorized persons (i.e. unauthorized service), incorrect maintenance or lack thereof.

Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.

Warranty Doesnot Cover

1. Products purchased from unauthorized online & offline sellers.

2. Damage caused by improper use and improper storage.

3. Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel.

4. Damage caused by negligent use of improper voltage or current.

5. Damage caused by accidental damage.

6. Damage caused b abnormal or unusual use.

7. Use of unauthorized accessories or modules.

8. Use contrary to the operating instructions.

9. Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.)
